I did it, but it will not resolve the issue as some of those BRs need
ant with more than just basic functionality. Try:

./builder --with basic_functionality jakarta-ant
./builder jakarta-commons-net

It won't work because jakarta-commons-net needs jakarta-ant build with
junit support. I don't know if there is more such packages.
