ok. is it better now?

altho i don't understand why rc-scripts was in prereq: because in %pre there's 
only chkconfig and user adding, they all have own packages (chkconfig, shadow 
and coreutils).

i don't see relation with rc-scripts. and added the version requirement into 
Requires:, as it's initscript what needs it.

correct me, if needed ;)
