Yes this is true for nxcomp and nxproxy, but not for nxcompext, nx-X11, 
nxagent, nxauth, nxviewer, nxdesktop...
Thy all require nx-11 at built time (wich is a modified XFree86 - I 
can't package this 'couse it will conflict with default dist's X11)
and since they are _always_ used together I decided it will be easyer to 
maintain them in a single package.

You can use nxcomp and nxproxy together with nx - there are no conflicts.
