but it IS related to kernel
userspace application (maybe - but not necessarily - with exception for ones 
that mess on reeeeeealy low level with IO etc)  CAN NOT MAKE KERNEL OOPS. 
that's kernel bug (related to kind of race with grsec I guess - apache 
segfaulting faster than grsec can imagine? :>)
