News: 

* related to 'pndir' repository index format:

- i18n package descriptions are stored in one
  packages.ndir.dscr.i18n[.gz]
  file; it was not so valuable feature comparing to complexity 
  of managing many $LANG files. 

- file format has been changed a bit; if you upgrade from previous
  0.19snap
  - remove all created 'pndir' repositories (with --clean for example) 
   and package database cache ($ rm  %{cachedir}/*dbcache*);

- index updates has been finished and seems to work but not 
  tested well yet


* uninstallation code has been rewritten, both --erase and 'uninstall'
  work as expected now. 

* database packages are cached with descriptions, i.e: 

  poldek> cd /installed; desc foo

  will display foo package description

* name of "apt" mode poldek binary alias has been renamed to "apoldek" 
  cause to this mode is not really APT compatible, but just gives direct 
  access to interactive mode commands from command line. "apoldek" symlink 
  is created during "make install" now.  

* a few minor bugfixes
