i've tried already dbus patches - nothing big, some path cosmetics 
(try to launch: /usr/bin/dbus-launch - should show error message). but 
it is still broken:

[fritz at aquarius fritz]$ cat /etc/dbus-1/session.conf | grep unix
  <listen>unix:tmpdir=/home/users/fritz/tmp</listen>

so, global config file includes user path, that's of course wrong. 
Thats why i'm talking about broken dbus
