how to use debuginfo ?

Update: it's broken at least in Ac's RPM.

IIRC there is a lot of differencies in debuginfo handling in rpm from
HEAD; could you build something and test with:

  objdump -x /usr/bin/some-binary | grep gnu_debuglink

?  If it'll return something, it means it's (probably) fixed.
