Did you update pld-builder.new module recently (in last two weeks) ?
-t flag was removed by mmazur on 2004/10/12 (rev. 1.20) as a consequence
of his changes in Th builder infrastructure (no need to use test builds
anymore).

What you need is to do
$ cvs up -r WORKING

in pld-builder.new module
