Does anybody have a strong feeling about merging the python{,-libs}
packages? Without readline, the python package contains nothing but

-rwxr-xr-x    1 root    root    3736 May  4 22:47 /usr/bin/python
-rw-r--r--    1 root    root    4777 May  4 22:47 /usr/share/man/man1/python.1.gz

the only big dependency being libstdc++.
