Actually, I can't find sources of any glitz version.

http://www.freedesktop.org/Software/glitz points to
http://cairographics.org/snapshots/ (where glitz sources used to be some
time ago, but they aren't now), http://cairographics.org/ points
to http://www.freedesktop.org/Software/glitz :/

With glitz < 0.3.0 installed cairo 0.3.0 builds without GL support.
