new rules for sending 2.6 kernel related packages

There is new builder - noauto-ac-sparc64 which is there only for sending 2.6 
kernels and 2.6 kernel modules so to send some package which contains kernel 
modules you need to do:

send it to i386 builder only, wait until it builds, check tag and then

make-request.sh -b "ac-i586 ac-i686 ac-athlon ac-alpha ac-amd64 ac-ppc" \ 
package.spec:tag

make-request.sh -b "ac-sparc" --without kernel package.spec:tag

make-request.sh -b "noauto-ac-sparc64" --without userspace package.spec:tag
