imho syslog handled files should be handled by syslogdaemon package.

so, syslogdaemon should own /var/log/news dir too.
and inn.logrotate shouldn't exist, the behaviour should be in syslogdaemon 
package

nope (see /cvsroot/test/test-ghost.spec)
