i guess found it:

-%{jredir}/lib/%{arch}/jli/libjli.so
+%attr(755,root,root) %{jredir}/lib/%{arch}/jli/libjli.so

it's always useful to spoke up and then find the problem yourself :)

but i'd appreciate explanation why executable bit is not always needed and why 
it's needed...
