builder malfunction?

$ ./builder -bb -r PG_7 postgresql.spec --without tcl --without perl --without python
M postgresql.spec
# $Revision: 1.288.2.6 $, $Date: 2006/01/08 16:57:08 $

Building postgresql.spec with the following conditional flags:
 --without tcl --without perl --without python

from available:
--with   :       absolute_dbpaths jdbc
--without:       kerberos5 <perl> pgsql_locale pgsql_multibyte <python> slony1 <tcl> tests

Available branches: POSTGRESQL_8_1 AC-branch PG_7 DEVEL RA-branch_security RA-branch-pg73 LEFTHAND RA-branch
Error: some source, patch or icon files not stored in CVS repo. (pgsql-Database-HOWTO-html.tar.gz)

Why doesn't it use DF to fetch this source?


$ ./builder -sd postgresql.spec
builder: Stick tag PG_7 active. Use -r TAGNAME to override.

After manual downloading of pgsql-Database-HOWTO-html.tar.gz into
SOURCES slony1 is get from URL instead of DF too.
