./repackage.sh <spec>

and this does only files packaging if you have files in rpm-build-root (ran 
already once the ./repackage.sh)
./repackage.sh <spec> -bb 

> rpmbuild -bb --short-circuit <spec>
also:
./compile.sh <spec>
