what to do here. for timestamp it would be ok to remove the @value{UPDATED} 
from .texi, as it's not appropriate anyway (it's time doc was converted not 
the time it was last updated)

but the "Tag Table:" part, it's probably not possible.

store generated .info somewhere in distfiles and use it? that's bad too if 
the .texi gets updated....
