trying to build uclibc on ac-amd64 and get

ld: libc/libc_so.a(vfork.os): relocation R_X86_64_32 against `__NR_vfork' can 
not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC

is it outdated llh? some other lib (libc?)?
