Arch / Locale packaging issue.

I'm having some trouble packaging trac-0.12.

The current spec compiles, but the languages files are not generated
properly. If I remove BuildArch: noarch, everything builds and runs
fine but it doesn't seem that trac should be architecture specific
just because of some locale files. What is the correct way to get them
to build and package properly? I played with the %find_lang macro a
little bit but I couldn't figure out how to make it handle python
site-packages properly.
