i've upgraded once. there was no way to reload init process. the TERM signal 
which was supposed to work did not work, maybe it needed patching in 0.5.x 
times to work.

and even now with 0.6.x the reloading of init process imho did not work.
as a result you can't shutdown your system in normal ways. likely reboot -f 
will help there.

# telinit u
# lsof -p 1 | grep /sbin/init
init      1 root  txt    REG      254,0   112932 50978332 /sbin/init (deleted)
