If you follow the whole email thread this came up after Przemo Firszt
<przemo at firszt.eu> sent in a bunch of stuff to be committed for
NetworkManager.

And yes, Elan, I'm willing to help him out with the basic ropes. I
don't know all the ins and outs but having just been through the
process myself I'm willing to help pass on what I've learned.
