ssh: send/accept GIT_* env vars

I think Send/AcceptEnv GIT_AUTHOR_NAME GIT_AUTHOR_EMAIL
GIT_COMMITTER_NAME GIT_COMMITTER_EMAIL instead of GIT_* should be
enough. I see no use case for setting other GIT_*  for "remote" host.
