In the repository it's useless, but on the list, I think, it's quite
important: compare [1] and [2]. The subject of [1] is useless on the list.

The only problem I see is that some of the package name are quite long.

My idea: if the patch is going through the list it should contain package
name. If it's going to do directly to the repo there is no need for the
name.
