Ok, I fiexd upower-pm-utils to allow coexistence of upower-libs and
upower-pm-utils-libs. It is probably clean, now.

There is one issue left: /usr/lib*/girepository-1.0/UPowerGlib-1.0.typelib
file. I have no idea if this file is wanted and in what package it should
be placed.
