http://cvs.pld-linux.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/cvs/SPECS.old/COPYING

http://cvs.pld-linux.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/cvs/packages/COPYING

but lost with git migration because there's no place to put the file.
