there were changes? link to commit please?

invoked script is: bin/specscommit.sh

https://github.com/draenog/gitolite-scripts/blob/0e1e5b24a2b7b43e42ecd17abe2cf0fe9de140a4/bin/specscommit.sh

by looking at it, it could be skipped only if gc.pid is present, yet
it's not

[git at 1822-cvs ~]$ git config hooks.specsrepo
/cvs/root/gitolite/repositories/SPECS.git
[git at 1822-cvs ~]$ l /cvs/root/gitolite/repositories/SPECS.git/gc.pid
ls: cannot access '/cvs/root/gitolite/repositories/SPECS.git/gc.pid': No
such file or directory
[git at 1822-cvs ~]$

i think the script is invoked from git hooks, as git user crontab is
empty. err. missing. some changes to system?
