that piece software is not easy to update if you actually use chef. 
that's why i have not updated it for a while.

it's using matching version for chef version.

just that you able to write .rpm package does not mean the resulting 
software actually works.

the version on master is not usable, don't move it to main.

it was not merged to master because update was not success
