Some packages to be removed post openssl 3.0.0 update

There are a few packages that do not build either because of OpenSSL
incompatibilities or/and because they are FUBAR.

Unless someone fixes the packages below, I will remove them in ~two
weeks.

ipsec-tools (abandoned by upstream, do not use)
libetebase
megacmd
mosh
