guile dependencies

If anyone cares about g-wrap, guile-gnome-platform, guile-clutter and
serveez then please fix them (especially g-wrap as it's dependency for
most other packages) or I will eventually remove them from Th.

Background: these packages are old (>=7 years) and do not build with
guile 3.0.
