Please fix KDE6 directory packaging

Hi,

I know rpm4 does not care about packaging directories, but we should be
doing that anyway.

So please review http://ep09.pld-linux.org/~pldth/main-ready-test.txt
and fix directory packaging in kp6-* specs.

As a motivation I need to mention that I only move packages out of
th-test when they don't show up in that validation file.
