clean cache

I do use this command but I keep getting space shortage error
I have installed PLD on 20 GB space which I think is smaller for it will
increase the space to 40GB to get sufficient space .

It would be very helpful if a cheat sheet of all poldek commands are made
available in documentation of PLD Linux for non native users like me .
