I might be missing something but what is the proper way to check all the
missing dependencies now? Previously I was using poldek -V and was under
impression following report is based on it too:

but with new version it just logs (somewhat surprisingly to stdout):

$ poldek -V
error: Nothing to do

I believe this commit disabled it:
