rcs2log za ostatnie kilka dni

Trochę ostatnio byłem unieruchomiony przez kłopoty z zębami i
konieczność witania się kilka razy z dentystą więc średnia ilość zmian na
dzień jakby mi spadła ale teraz powinno być już raczej "normalnie".

To już raczej ostatni list z tego typu zawartością na pld-list. Od jutra
log z danego dnia będzie wysyłany automatycznie na pld-cvs-announce i
jeżeli ktoś chce to śledzić to proszę się zapisać.

	- some man page is now maked as nroff include instead
	  making sym link (this allow compress man pages in future).

	* proftpd.spec 1.4:

	* ncurses.spec 1.2:
	- revision bumped up tp 10,
	- added "rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT" on start %install,
	- shares libncurses moved to /lib.

	* libtool.spec 1.1:
	- added -q %setup parameter,
	- changed Buildroot to /tmp/%%{name}-%%{version}-root,

	  field),
	- WindowMaker is now builded from bz2 source tar,
	- removed Packager field (this must be placed in persolan ~/.rpmrc),
	- nls stuff moved to /usr/share/locale,
	- added --disable-debug for configure,
	- adde %lang macros for /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/* files,
	- added WindowMaker-fix_po.patch wit fixing .po files,
	- simplification in %files and added using %defattr macro also.
