PNIAM 0.03 release

Pare nowych fajnych rzeczy.
Dalej tylko read-only ale zaczyna byc uzyteczny.
Szukam chetnych na modul utmp/wtmp ("session module") oraz na
login/su (sav "nie ma czasu na razie", ja zreszta tez nie ;-( )
rpm sie robi...
