Is something wrong with crossmingw32-platform?
SOA#1 (it works in English too: Standard Operator's Answer ;))

crossmingw32-gcc also should be OK; I haven't tested this after latest
changes, but they were very small.

won't compile with perl-5.6. The same as inn.
