rpm 4.0 i problem

zrobilem upgrade z rpm'a 3.0.5 --> na 4.0

i teraz efekcik: 

[86](root at amber ~)# rpm --rebuilddb
RPM version 4.0

Usage: rpm {--help}
       rpm {--version}
       rpm {--initdb}   [--dbpath <dir>]
	[...]
       rpm {--rebuilddb} [--rcfile <file>] [--dbpath <dir>]
       rpm {--querytags}


to samo przy rpm -qa etc... co moze byc nie tak ?
