local setting question

	I'm having a problem with Java after upgrading some of my RPM's to PLD.
When I try to start Borland JBuilder, I get this message on the console:
current local is not supported in X11, local is set to CX local
modifiers are not supported, using default

# # An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM.

and then it cores.

	I would really like to not have to re-install my entire machine to fix
this, but have no idea how to trouble shoot the problem.  My X server is
Accelerated X, but my X libraries are PLD.

	I hace local & LOCAL set to en_US.  Any advice?
