Ra + lista zyczen + sygnatury pakietow

To trzeba zrobić %ghost - plik jest w całości generowany.
Jeszcze pewnie do poprawy jest podział plików na base/mailnews (tak jak
zrobiłem w 1.4b)

Hm... przegenerowanie (regxpcom) jeszcze raz pomaga?
