apache 2 - problem w Ra

Witam

Przebudowałem sobie apache 2.x  HEAD dla Ra z db-4.
Wywraca mi sie.
Praktycznie po każdym restarcie jest problem.
Kernel 2.4.20

w error logu mam:

Apache zdycha i zostają smh i semafory.
Pomaga usunięcie ich ipcrm.
