Problemy z atoconf/automake

Próbuję wygenerować plik configure:

Linia 5023 i 5024 w configure to:
pkg_modules="gtk+-2.0 >= 2.0.0"
PKG_CHECK_MODULES(PACKAGE, $pkg_modules)
No to szukam dalej i w linijce 1536 widzę:
PACKAGE=projekt1
Może ktoś mi podpowiedzieć o co tu chodzi i jak to "przebrnąć" ? Dla
ułatwienia dodam, że to jest próba skompilowania projektu wygenerowanego
przez Glade2 (jeśli wygeneruję pod Anjutą, jest to samo .....).
