Mam niejakie wątpliwości, do tego, co napisałeś. IMO jest jak najbardziej 
"distributable", również "za kasę" i to do zastosowań komercyjnych, bez dania 
możliwości wglądu do zmodyfikowanych źródeł - w angielskim nie ma słowa 
'commerical' i nie wiadomo, co to oznacza. Jak się bawimy w restrykcyjne 
przestrzeganie licencji to bądźmy konsekwentni.
Jeżeli nawet przyjąć, że commerical miało oznaczać commercial (czego nie 
zamierzam robić), to i tak można to byłoby rozpowszechniać w wersji 
zmodyfikowanej, jeżeli nie pobierana jest za to opłata:
"Redistribution of this software with modification for commerical purpose is 
not permitted."
Anyway dzięki, za to że czuwasz nad takimi sprawami.
BTW: na ftp FreeBSD jest pakiet binarny.
