Przecież /usr/include/scsi jest w glibc-devel?
fdiskowi w zupełności wystarcza.
cdrtools też (w przeciwieństwie do nagłówków scsi z 2.4/2.6, które
w surowej postaci nie nadają się do użytku bez __KERNEL__).
