[samba.spec], quota.h, spinlock.h

nie budowalo smbd/quotas.c sie przez brak definicji spinlock_t.
dorzucilem na probe #include <asm/spinlock.h> do quota.h
ale sie wysypalo nieco dalej na wstawkach assemblerowych.
