kexec3 dla kernela z branch LINUX_2_6 oraz aktualizacja imq (kernel.spec, iptables.spec, linux-libc-headers.spec)

Ok to biore sie za poprawianie. Jesli byly w poprzedniej wersji
kernel.spec, to najwyrazniej mechanizm detekcji ktory jest pom-ng
troszke odbiega od idealu:). Ide to porawiac.
