własnie widzę, że poprawny:/ ściągany jest plik: iproute2-2.6.10-050209.tar.gz
a w nim katalog: iproute2-2.6.9-050209
jakaś dziwna polityka...

Pozatym chyba patch %{name}-rates-1024-fix.patch już jest nie potrzebny, 
bo poprawili w kodzie i wprowadzili zupełnie inną politykę (jest tablica z 
prędkościami)

Ale i tak nadal mi się nie buduje :/
