Nie jest w pełni wymienne, a przynajmniej jeszcze niedawno nie było. 
Chciałem zastąpić mailx-a nail-em i różne rzeczy nie miały ochoty chodzić.

Przede wszystkim trzeba sprawdzić kompatybilność, a potem (jeżeli testy 
będą pomyślne) należy po prostu wrzucić do mailx.spec zawartość nail.spec 
(z Provides+Obsoletes nail i jakie tam podpakiety jeszcze są).
