- LDFLAGS, LDDAD renamed to wuch_LDFLAGS and wuch_LDDAD,
- added using linker scripts generated by libtool in wuch_LDDAD,
- added defined.h to wuch_SOURCES,
- added passing LOCALEDIR in INCLUDES (probably it will be bether pas this
  thgrugh DEFS).
