- worked around bug in busybox sed cousing hang if parted produced some
  output
- chnaged Use this partion for installation. to Mount during installation
  and add to fstab., that is more descriptive
- when making new partition, default size in input box is computed
  rest-of-the-disk
- create new partition dialogs now display what has already been entered
