Log message:
- use log_wrap_verb for insmod (will tell about unresolved symbols)
- load zlib_inflate before isofs on 2.4
- load isa-pnp before smc-ultra and ne on 2.4
- ignore error from load_package scsi-low-mod (allows installation from
  scsi-cdrom, load_package tries to fetch scsi-low-mod from addons 2)
- use make_{ide,scsi}_cd_devfs_links
- recognise /dev/scd* as scsi cdrom
