- few typos fixed
- added sysnetdev step (resolves problem with niet-working eth0 config when
  installing from CD)
- use zlib_inflate and make_ide_cd_devfs_links()
- fixed detection of cdrom in general (now use won't even see it :)
- pkgs_install_docs fixed
- boot step added (generation of initial config, if we see FAT.*boot parition
  assume it can be booted, and then running ui-boot)
