This is experimental version of UI - html + CGI scripts.
Left column will be editable, right column will be "clickable"
(mainly choose something from menu).
After every submit page will be regenerated.

Files in this directory and their doom:
index.cgi - this file will be responsible for regenerating page
f1.cgi - decode QUERY_STRING
index2.cgi - for the present, it does what index.cgi should do.  In near future
            this file disapear.
